Restorative & Yoga Nidra

Restorative Yoga Nidra combines Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Slow down and reset with a restorative yoga practice, including seated and laying down postures with plenty of bolsters, blankets, and blocks to prop the body for comfort. Breathing techniques and held postures encourage body awareness, self-acceptance, and transcendence. Guided yoga nidra meditation allows the cells and energy systems of the body to reintegrate and renew for optimal well-being.
