Yoga Class Schedule

All Levels Myofascial Release

Wednesdays from 4-5:15 p.m.

 Nov. 7, 14, 21 28 | Dec. 5, 12, 19, 26

This class combines alignment based postural yoga with myofascial roll and release techniques. With the use of props, such as rubber balls and foam rollers, you will learn techniques to nourish the fascial sheaths within to gain better range of motion and alleviate held tension and trauma.  All levels are welcome.

Restorative Yoga | Thursdays from 7-8:15 p.m. 

Nov. 1, 8, 15, 29 | Dec. 6, 13, 20, 27

Slow down and reset with a restorative yoga practice, featuring seated and laying down postures with plenty of bolsters, blankets, and blocks to prop the body for comfort. Deep breathing and held postures encourage body awareness, self-acceptance, and transcendence. Leave class feeling deep contentment, inner stillness, and renewed. Class is for everyone!

Restorative & Yoga Nidra 

Jan. 26 | Feb. 23 | March 30 from 7-8:30 p.m.  

Restorative Yoga Nidra combines Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Practice starts with a restorative yoga practice with all the props available to assist with deep relaxation. This class is welcome to all. Breathing techniques and yoga poses are held longer to encourage deep inner awareness. Class concludes with a guided yoga nidra meditation allowing the cells and energy systems of the body to reintegrate  for optimal well-being.
