This series is open to everyone with a pelvic floor and can help those who experience:
- Neck, Low back, Pelvic pain
- Urinary urgency/frequency
- Incontinence (urinary/fecal)
- IBS/ SIBO (intestinal inflammation)

- Interstitial cystitis (painful bladder syndrome)
