Virtual LIVE Fascia Yoga

Wednesday from 4-5 pm (Mountain Time)

Increases fluid fascia (connective tissue) and nourish the nervous system with yoga, specific breathing and body techniques, with powerful mantras to soften trauma and ease pain.  This class uses yoga props and tennis balls to support unwinding fascial constriction and allowing for greater mobility and freedom in the body and mind.  Class concludes with a peaceful meditation.  This class is ideal to relieve low back, neck and shoulder pain. $11

Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two tennis balls, two yoga blocks or same size sturdy props.
