Empowering class for any woman experiencing pre or post-natal. Understand the pelvic anatomy and a powerful breathing technique to relax and intelligently strengthen the pelvic floor. Explore how posture and pelvic health affects breathing, focus, balance, stress responses, and a healthier more easeful delivery. You will learn about pelvic and spinal energy centers, gain greater body awareness, and explore impactful inquiries for enhanced joy. Consult with your healthcare professional about participating in this class.
This session will be led by Erin, one of Love + Asana's amazing yoga coaches! She is an E-RYT and certified in Yoga for Pelvic Health.
