Gentle Flow yoga allows for space between postures led by the breath. Hatha Yoga to improve centering, flexibility, strength, and expand awareness on and off the mat. Enjoy a guided meditation for deeper states of relaxation. $10
Props Needed: Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two blocks or same size large books.
