Flexible & Calm Fascia Yoga

Live Zoom class on Wednesday 4-5pm (Mountain Time)

Increase fluid fascia (connective tissue) and nourish the nervous system with yoga, specific breathing and body techniques.  Understand how to safely unwind tension in the fascia and how the fascia is connected. Upgrade your DNA expression, increase postural alignment, release stressful energy in the body and mind, and reduce the effects of trauma. Increase mobility of the neck, spine, and low back and overall flexibility. This class also helps reduce pain, reduce anxiety, and recalibrate the nervous system. Class concludes with a peaceful meditation. 

Your yoga teacher Erin Doty is certified in Myofascial Yoga. 

Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two tennis balls, two yoga blocks or same size sturdy props.

Yoga for Pelvic Health


April 16 from 4:30-6pm ET live Zoom event with In Balance Yoga Blacksburg.

Yoga for Pelvic Health class educates you about pelvic health, spinal alignment, how to reduce neck and back pain, and various pelvic health experiences with proven breath and somatic techniques. Learn to activate and relax the "Core 4" to work synergistically for a deeper anatomical and breath connection. Expand pelvic floor awareness interoceptively and learn how to intelligently increase pelvic floor tone. This class includes informative anatomy, yoga postures for pelvic health, and pranayama for breath exploration. Class concludes with guided meditation. This class is empowering and increases joy and creativity!
Pelvic health issues are common, and that does not mean they are normal. Many people are suffering in silence with these issues that could be easily resolved or improved.
Yoga for Pelvic Health classes are for anyone who has a pelvic floor and are experiencing:

Love + Asana Uplift Online CEU Program for Yoga Teachers

We're so excited to offer the Love + Asana Uplift CEU program for yoga teachers eager to find a niche or broaden their knowledge to better support every student that walks in or logs on to class! Get a taste of potential specialties and learn yoga business tips and tricks from two female entrepreneurs who want you to be successful and fulfilled through teaching yoga.  

This online program will be co-taught by our Founder Tiffany Lord, E-RYT and Love + Asana instructor Erin Doty, E-RYT.

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF

  • You've completed your YTT 200 or higher
  • You are dedicated to upleveling your yoga knowledge
  • You want to support yourself and/or family by teaching yoga at least part-time

This program is designed to give you a fun, encouraging academic experience through on-demand programs, live Zoom office hours and access to your instructors via email for questions and support. Love + Asana believes that yoga teachers have a unique opportunity to empower students in their own self-care and wellness so they can better advocate for themselves in the world and improve their quality of life. By committing to deepening your education, you will also deepen the positive impact you create in this world!

 

PROGRAM DETAILS

This program includes 30 hours of Yoga Alliance CEUs with on-demand modules that you can watch anytime, at your own pace. You'll be able to email us with any questions or chat with us live on Zoom once a month during our check-ins.

  • Chakras - 10 CEUs - Led by Erin

  • Plus customized business content to help you uplevel (or start) your yoga biz

Plus, receive supportive feedback with pre-recorded or live Zoom teaching hours where you can apply what you've learned from the modules. You'll have the ability to ask questions within the online module for quick responses from your instructors. At the end, you'll not only have more knowledge to support yourself and students but also an uplifting teacher community to reach out to forever!

We'll kick off the program in August and all modules will be completed by October for "graduation". You will receive access to the modules on August 1 and access will last through December 2022.

Once you register, you'll receive a questionnaire via email to let us know availability for Zoom calls, business modules of interest and any business goals so we can follow up on those at our monthly check-ins as desired.

 

INVESTMENT

This program is $797 and includes on-demand access to modules from August 1 through December 31, 2022. There will also be optional office hours with both instructors each month, live on Zoom. Virtual teaching hours with supportive feedback as well!

  • Yoga for Pelvic Health + Psoas Masterclasses are for those seeking a greater understanding of pelvic and psoas anatomy and how to navigate spine, hip, low back and pelvic discomfort. Valuable insight into breath techniques for consistent relaxation and body awareness. Understand how to support and unwind tension safely in the psoas, the muscle of the soul.   • Myofascial Release for Mobility provides a brief introduction to Myofascial Release (MFR), along with easy-to-use techniques for improving range of motion in the shoulders, back and hips. It's so much more than just foam rolling! MFR uses props and body weight to encourage the connective tissue in your body to release tension allowing the tissues to glide freely and rehydrate.
