    Meet Your Yoga Teacher - Erin Doty

    To participate: Register for each class by 12pm (Mountain Time) and receive a Zoom invite via email.

    • You will receive a Zoom invite and passcode via email to attend class virtually.
    • Set up a free Zoom account, download the app or view class from Zoom website.
    • Simply choose which screen to view the class - iPhone, Android smartphone, a Macbook, tablet or desktop computer with microphone and webcam
    • Prepare your at home yoga space. Roll out your mat and join online!
    • Classes start on the hour.

    How to Prepare for Class

    • Find a quiet spot that you can practice in regularly.
    • You will need a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, blanket or towel, bolster or 2 bed pillows, yoga belt or scarf. 
    • Arrive to practice with an empty stomach.
    • Welcome a deeper connection with your body and get ready to relax and unify.

      RYN

      Restorative Yoga Nidra

      Tuesday from 5:30-6:30 pm (Mountain Time)

      Make this class your at home weekly retreat! 

      Create stronger access to your greatest strengths, talents, higher wisdom, and joy. Practicing Yoga Nidra regularly develops your intuition and expands optimal healing and deep serenity.  Release stress through breath techniques and held postures using yoga props. Enjoy a guided yoga nidra meditation to allow cellular and energetic reintegration. 

      This practice will helps you clear, heal, and ascend!  

      Guaranteed to center you, clear the mind and offer deep relaxation. 

      Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, two blocks or firm pillows, yoga bolster or couch cushion.

      Fascia Yoga

      Fascia Yoga

      Wednesday from 4-5 pm (Mountain Time)

      Increase fluid fascia (connective tissue) and nourish the nervous system with yoga, specific breathing and body techniques.  Understand how to safely unwind tension in the fascia and how the fascia is connected. Upgrade your DNA expression, increase postural alignment, release stressful energy in the body and mind, and reduce the effects of trauma. Increase mobility of the neck, spine, and low back and overall flexibility. This class also helps reduce pain, reduce anxiety, and recalibrate the nervous system. Class concludes with a peaceful meditation. 

      Your yoga teacher Erin Doty is certified in Myofascial Yoga. 

      Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two tennis balls, two yoga blocks or same size sturdy props.

      Hatha

      30 Minute Hatha Yoga

      Thursday from 4:30-5:00 pm (Mountain Time)

      Unwind, renew and increase flexibility of the body and mind.  This 30 minute Hatha yoga class features held yoga poses, breath techniques, and body awareness cues.  Fortify your strength and optimize wellness during this class.   Expect to feel unified and calm. 

      Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, two blocks or firm pillows.

      Yoga for Pelvic Health

      Yoga for Pelvic Health

      Thursday from 5:30-6:30 pm (Mountain Time)

      Yoga for Pelvic Health educates you about pelvic health, spinal alignment, how to reduce neck and back pain, and various pelvic health experiences.  Learn to activate and relax the "Core 4" to work synergistcally. Expand pelvic floor awareness interoceptively and learn how to intelligently increase pelvic floor tone. This class is empowering and increases joy, creativity, and passion too!

      Pelvic health issues are common, and that does not mean they are normal. Many people are suffering in silence with these issues that could be easily resolved or improved. 

      This yoga class is for anyone who has a pelvic floor and are experiencing:

      • Urinary urgency/frequency
      • Incontinence (urinary and fecal)
      • Constipation
      • Painful intercourse and/or sexual dysfunction
      • Interstitial cystitis (painful bladder syndrome)
      • Chronic prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate)
      • Endometriosis
      • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
      • Issues with pregnancy or postpartum recovery
      • Scar tissue
      • Low back pain

      Certifications & Accreditations:  ERYT200, RYT500, YACEP, Certified in Myofascial Yoga, Pelvic Health Yoga, YWI (Yoga Warriors International), and Body Positive Yoga.  TAOMCHI Master of Crystology. Certified Death Doula.
