Virtual Fascia Freedom
Wednesday 4-5pm (Mountain Time)
Increases fluid fascia (connective tissue) and nourishes the nervous system with yoga, specific breathing and body techniques, with powerful mantras to soften trauma and ease pain. This class uses yoga props and tennis balls to support unwinding fascial constriction and allowing for greater mobility and freedom in the body and mind. Class concludes with a peaceful meditation.
Props Needed: Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two tennis balls, two blocks.
