Renew and increase flexibility of the body and mind. This class features held yoga poses merged with the breath. Deepen your connection to greater body awareness, fluidity, empowerment, and fortified strength. Expect to feel unified and calm at the end of class. $12
Props Needed: Yoga mat, blanket or towel, two blocks or firm pillows.
Hatha is a form of yoga uniting sun and moon energies within, ‘ha’ meaning ‘sun’ and ‘tha’ meaning ‘moon’. Hatha Yoga balances the masculine – sun, hot, active energy with the feminine – moon, cool, receptive energy within all of us.
