Virtual Hatha Yoga
Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 pm (Mountain Time)
Hatha is a form of yoga uniting sun and moon energies within, ‘ha’ meaning ‘sun’ and ‘tha’ meaning ‘moon’. Hatha Yoga balances the masculine – sun, hot, active energy with the feminine – moon, cool, receptive energy within all of us. This class supports body alignment and increases strength and flexibility. Class concludes with a transformational meditation.
Props Needed: Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two yoga blocks or same size sturdy props.
