Restorative Yoga Nidra combines Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Practice starts with a restorative yoga practice with all the props available to assist with deep relaxation. This class is welcome to all. Breathing techniques and yoga poses are held longer to encourage deep inner awareness. Class concludes with a guided yoga nidra meditation allowing the cells and energy systems of the body to reintegrate for optimal well-being. $10
Props Needed: Yoga mat, blanket or towel, bolster or large firm pillow (couch cushions work well), yoga strap, two yoga blocks or same size firm pillows.
