Virtual Restorative Yoga Nidra - Thursday

Restorative Yoga Nidra combines Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Class starts with a restorative yoga practice with props to deepen relaxation. Yoga poses are held longer and breath techniques explore inner awareness. Expect to feel relaxed, centered, and nourished. Class concludes with a guided yoga nidra meditation allowing the cells and energy systems of the body to reintegrate for optimal well-being. Great for those who navigate stress, anxiety, insomnia, and pain.
Props Needed: Yoga mat, blanket or towel, bolster or large firm pillow (couch cushions work well), yoga strap, two yoga blocks or same size firm pillows.
