Free the mind and restore for the week with greater clarity. Receive deep cellular healing and energetic balance in this meditation class. Practicing Yoga Nidra regularly develops your intuition and expands optimal healing and deep serenity.  Release stress with breath techniques and gentle yoga using props. Class concludes with yoga nidra, guided meditation, and prepares you for a personal meditation practice. Guaranteed to center you, clear the mind and offer deep relaxation. 

This practice helps you clear, heal, and ascend by accessing the subconscious!

    Flexible & Calm

    Wednesday from 4-5 pm (Mountain Time)

    Increase flexibility, fluid fascia (connective tissue) and nourish the nervous system with yoga, specific breathing and body techniques.  Understand how to safely unwind tension in the fascia and how the fascia is connected. Upgrade your DNA expression, increase postural alignment, release stressful energy in the body and mind, and reduce the effects of trauma. Increase mobility of the neck, spine, and low back and overall flexibility. Free yourself from pain, reduce anxiety, and calm  the nervous system. Class concludes with a peaceful meditation. 

    Your yoga teacher Erin Doty is certified in Myofascial Yoga. 

    Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two tennis balls, two yoga blocks or same size sturdy props.



    Liberate Spine & Pelvic Pain

    This class is all about Yoga for Pelvic Health and spinal alignment, how to liberate neck, hip, and back pain.  Learn to activate and relax the "Core 4" to work synergistcally to support pelvic health and reduce head pain. Expand pelvic floor awareness interoceptively and learn how to intelligently increase pelvic floor tone. This class is empowering and increases joy, creativity, and passion too!

    Pelvic health issues are common, and that does not mean they are normal. Many people are suffering in silence with these issues that could be easily resolved or improved. 

    This yoga class is for anyone experiencing:

    • Urinary urgency/frequency
    • Incontinence (urinary and fecal)
    • Constipation
    • Painful intercourse and/or sexual dysfunction
    • Interstitial cystitis (painful bladder syndrome)
    • Chronic prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate)
    • Endometriosis
    • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
    • Issues with pregnancy or postpartum recovery
    • Scar tissue

      • Prepare your at home yoga space. Roll out your mat and join online!

        • Arrive to practice with an empty stomach and open heart.
        • Welcome a deeper connection with your body and get ready to relax and unify.
