Gentle Hatha yoga allows for space between postures led by the breath. This class improves centering, flexibility, strength, and expands awareness on and off the mat. Enjoy a guided meditation for deeper states of relaxation. 

Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two blocks or same size large books.

New to Hatha yoga?  Need to increase body and mind flexibility?   30 Minute Hatha - Thursday 4:30pm  (Mountain Time)
