This series is for those seeking a greater understanding of pelvic anatomy and how to navigate spinal and pelvic discomfort. Explore how posture and pelvic health affects breathing, focus, balance, and stress responses. In the June series, you will learn about pelvic and spinal energy centers and how to balance them. Gain greater body awareness and explore impactful inquiries to increase pelvic tone and pelvic alignment intelligently. Learn all about the psoas, the muscle of the soul. Plus, take home a powerful breathing technique for greater joy and pleasure. The series offers deep insight into the inner unit affecting the pelvic floor, psoas, and offers breathing exercises and yoga postures to help with the following bulleted items below. Follow up resources for each session of series provided as reference and integration.

The complete series offers 4 CEUs for yoga instructors. Single sessions are not available for CEUs.
