Valuable insight into breath techniques for consistent relaxation and body awareness. Understand how to support and unwind tension safely in the psoas, the muscle of the soul. Learn about pelvic and spinal energy and how to balance them. Experience a yoga nidra meditation for clearing fear, guilt, shame. Receive impactful inquiries for enhanced joy. Plus, a womb balancing guided meditation. September 23 - Explore the psoas, the muscle of the soul. Learn about how fear, guilt, and shame affect the energy of the pelvis and spine. Class concludes with a meditation for energetic balance. 

September 30  - Learn how to intelligently and safely perform a kegel. Explore how to empty stored emotions from the psoas, and take home a powerful breathing technique for enhanced joy and pelvic floor health.
