    • $85 for individual private session
    • $150 for group session 
    • Custom sessions are 30, 45 and 60 minutes 
    • Virtual sessions available via Zoom or In Person

    How to Prepare for Class

    • Find a quiet spot that you can practice in regularly.
    • You will need a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, blanket or towel, bolster or 2 bed pillows, yoga belt or scarf. 
    • Arrive to practice with an empty stomach.
    • Welcome a deeper connection with your body and get ready to relax.
