MONDAY from 5:30-6:30 pm MDT

Restorative Yoga Nidra

Restorative Yoga Nidra combines Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Practice starts with a restorative yoga practice with all the props available to assist with deep relaxation. This class is welcome to all. Breathing techniques and yoga poses are held longer to encourage deep inner awareness. Class concludes with a guided yoga nidra meditation allowing the cells and energy systems of the body to reintegrate for optimal well-being.  $10

Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, bolster or large firm pillow (couch cushions work well), yoga strap, two yoga blocks or same size firm pillows.


 TUESDAY from 4:30-5:00 pm MDT

30 Minute Yoga

Fifteen minutes of restorative yoga (held yoga postures using props) to release stress, plus breath exploration to prepare for 15 minutes of guided yoga nidra. Perfect for beginners and all levels for a calm and renewed presence. $10

Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, two blocks or firm pillows, yoga bolster or couch cushion.

 

TUESDAY from 5:30-6:30 pm MDT

Yoga Flow & Meditation

Gentle Flow yoga allows for space between postures led by the breath. Hatha Yoga to improve centering, flexibility, strength, and expand awareness on and off the mat. Enjoy a guided meditation for deeper states of relaxation. $10

Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two blocks or same size firm pillows.


WEDNESDAY from 12-1 pm MDT

Yoga for Beginners

Designed to support the absolute beginner with to feel confident on the mat. Learn foundational yoga postures and theSanskrit names, along with prop variations to take with you to all classes. Classes introduce yogic breathing, yoga philosophy, chakras, and why savasana is essential to a yoga practice. Get to know body anatomy, so yoga classes make more sense. $10 per person. 

Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap or scarf, two blocks or same size firm pillows or stack rolls of tp.

 

WEDNESDAY from 4-5pm MDT 

Fascia Freedom 

Increases fluid fascia (connective tissue) and nourishes the nervous system with yoga, specific breathing and body techniques, with powerful mantras to soften trauma and ease pain.  This class uses yoga props and tennis balls to support unwinding fascial constriction and allowing for greater mobility and freedom in the body and mind.  Class concludes with a peaceful meditation. $10

Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two tennis balls, two yoga blocks or same size sturdy props.

 

WEDNESDAY from 5:30-6:30 pm MDT

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a form of yoga uniting sun and moon energies within, ‘ha’ meaning ‘sun’ and ‘tha’ meaning ‘moon’. Hatha Yoga balances the masculine – sun, hot, active energy with the feminine – moon, cool, receptive energy within all of us.  This class offers body alignment and increases strength and flexibility. Class concludes with a transformational meditation. 

Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two yoga blocks or same size sturdy props.

HK Gemstone Meditation

Explore gemstone resonance in unison with yoga, breath techniques, and gemstone meditation. Gentle and restorative yoga offer a deep reset and greater relaxation. HK Gemstone Meditation encourages body awareness, self-acceptance, and transcendence with crystal, gemstone, and mineral energies. Class concludes with a guided meditation allowing the cells and energy of the body to reintegrate and renew for optimal well-being and deeper attunement. Class is led by certified Yoga Teacher (RYT500) and TAOMCHI Crystal Practitioner Erin Doty.  $10

Gemstones featured in meditations: black tourmaline, selenite, kyanite, fluorite, red jasper, quartz, ocean jasper, rhodonite, rose quartz, moss agate, sodalite, charoite, and amazonite.
