    Meet Your Yoga Teacher - Erin Doty

    To participate: Register by 12pm (Mountain Time) or no later than 1 hour before class and receive a Zoom invite via email.

    • Register for classes from the drop down menu. Class descriptions below. 
    • You will receive a Zoom invite and passcode via email to attend class virtually.
    • Set up a free Zoom account, download the app or view class from Zoom website.
    • Simply choose which screen to view the class - iPhone, Android smartphone, a Macbook, tablet or PC.
    • Prepare your at home yoga space. Roll out your mat and join online!

        TUESDAY from 4:30-5:00 pm (Mountain Time)

        30 Minute Restorative Yoga

        Fifteen minutes of restorative yoga (held yoga postures using props) to release stress, plus breath exploration to prepare for 15 minutes of guided yoga nidra meditation. Perfect for beginners and all levels for a calm and renewed presence. $11

        Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, two blocks or firm pillows, yoga bolster or couch cushion.

         

        TUESDAY from 5:30-6:30 pm (Mountain Time)

        Yoga Flow & Meditation

        Hatha Yoga to improve centering, flexibility, strength, and expand awareness on and off the mat. Enjoy a guided meditation for deeper states of relaxation. $11

        Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two blocks or same size firm pillows.


        WEDNESDAY from 4-5pm (Mountain Time)

        Fascia Freedom 

        Increases fluid fascia (connective tissue) and nourish the nervous system with yoga, specific breathing and body techniques, with powerful mantras to soften trauma and ease pain.  This class uses yoga props and tennis balls to support unwinding fascial constriction and allowing for greater mobility and freedom in the body and mind.  Class concludes with a peaceful meditation. $11

        Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two tennis balls, two yoga blocks or same size sturdy props.

         

        WEDNESDAY from 5:30-6:30 pm (Mountain Time)

        Hatha Yoga

        Hatha is a form of yoga uniting sun and moon energies within, ‘ha’ meaning ‘sun’ and ‘tha’ meaning ‘moon’. Hatha Yoga balances the masculine – sun, hot, active energy with the feminine – moon, cool, receptive energy within all of us.  This class offers body alignment and increases strength and flexibility. Class concludes with a transformational meditation. $11

        Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, yoga strap, two yoga blocks or same size sturdy props.


        THURSDAY from 4:30-5:00 pm (Mountain Time)

        30 Minute Hatha Yoga

        Unwind, renew and increase flexibility of the body and mind.  This class features held yoga poses, breath techniques, and body awareness cues.  Fortify your strength and optimize wellness during this class.   Expect to feel unified and calm. $11

        Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, two blocks or firm pillows.

         

        THURSDAY from 5:30-6:30 pm (Mountain Time)

        Yoga for Pelvic Health  - Starts November 12!

        Pelvic health issues are common, and that does not mean they are normal. Many people are suffering in silence with these issues that could be easily resolved or improved.

        This yoga class is for anyone who has a pelvic floor and are experiencing:

        • Urinary urgency/frequency
        • Incontinence (urinary and fecal)
        • Constipation
        • Painful intercourse and/or sexual dysfunction
        • Interstitial cystitis (painful bladder syndrome)
        • Chronic prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate)
        • Endometriosis
        • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
        • Issues with pregnancy or postpartum recovery
        • Scar tissue
        • Low back pain

        Yoga for Pelvic Health educates you about pelvic health, how to make improvements using breath, movement, and alignment.  Learn to activate and relax the "Core 4" to work synergistcally to support you. This is a gentle yoga practice that introduces and expands pelvic floor awareness interoceptively. This class is empowering!  $11

        THURSDAY from 7-8 pm (Mountain Time)

        Restorative Yoga Nidra

        Restorative Yoga Nidra combines Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Class starts with a restorative yoga practice with props to deepen relaxation. Yoga poses are held longer and breath techniques explore inner awareness. Expect to feel relaxed, centered, and nourished. Class concludes with a guided yoga nidra meditation allowing the cells and energy systems of the body to reintegrate for optimal well-being. Great for those who navigate stress, anxiety, insomnia, and pain. $11

        Props Needed:  Yoga mat, blanket or towel, bolster or large firm pillow (couch cushions work well), yoga strap, two yoga blocks or same size firm pillows.

        Erin is owner of HK High Kicks, which integrates yoga, wellness, and gemstones for therapeutic use.

        Certifications & Accreditations:  ERYT200, RYT500, YACEP, Certified in Myofascial Yoga, Pelvic Health Yoga, YWI (Yoga Warriors International), and Body Positive Yoga.  TAOMCHI Master of Crystology.
